When it comes to resale disclosures and current dues letters, staying up to date with financial information is crucial. Here's what you need to know to ensure a smooth process.
Resale Disclosure Certificates are vital documents that expire 90 days after their production. However, it is essential to update them monthly as financial information changes frequently. Fortunately, all updates are free of charge for the first six months from the initial order date. Each updated certificate includes the most recent financials and budget. After the initial six months, a $70.00 charge applies for updated resale disclosure certificates.
To obtain an updated document, the initial registrant must visit www.fsresidential.com/minnesota and log in to their account. Once logged in, locate the initial order number under the completed orders tab and click on the "send update" button to proceed with the order. This process also applies to current dues letters, allowing the registrant to update the closing date, if necessary.
Staying on top of these updates ensures that all parties involved have access to the most current and accurate information, promoting transparency and informed decision-making in real estate transactions.
