The Minnesota market is home to various communities spread across the state. At FirstService Residential, we take pride in supporting these communities by addressing their accounting requests and community-related inquiries. To ensure a seamless experience for our clients and residents, we have compiled essential information to serve as a quick reference guide when handling calls.
COVID-19 Measures:
As we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our employees and community members, it's important to note that some of our offices may still be inaccessible. This is due to a combination of employees working virtually and compliance with state or provincial regulations regarding COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding during these challenging times and assure you that we are committed to providing uninterrupted service.
Visitor Policy:
To maintain a controlled and safe environment, we have implemented a visitor policy. Clients and vendors who have scheduled appointments with a member of the FirstService Residential Minnesota team are welcome at our corporate offices. However, walk-ins cannot be accommodated at this time due to limited staff on-site. We kindly request residents who wish to make payments to explore our available payment options rather than visiting our offices.
Summer Hours:
Embracing the vibrant spirit of summer, the Minnesota market will be operating on shortened business hours on Fridays. This initiative, known as "summer hours," aims to promote work-life balance and allow our team members to enjoy the warmer season. The early Friday closings will commence on Friday, June 2, 2023, and continue until the last early Friday closing on Friday, September 8, 2023. Please note that on these Fridays, the market will close at 1:00 pm CST.
As we embark on this temporary schedule adjustment, we assure you that our commitment to providing excellent service remains unchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience these shortened hours may cause and encourage you to plan your inquiries and requests accordingly.
